Coming soon at the NE corner of Belt Line Rd at Prestonwood Blvd just East of Addison’s famous restaurant row is a future area favorite. This theater promises 11 screens and the fine dining aforementioned. Right now they are in tear-down mode. The attached eye care business will remain – many Addison area businesses are watching this development closely. Personally , I welcome any positive redevelopment in area. What do you think?

I was invited to participate in a mock flight on southwest airlines this afternoon. We boarded the simulator named “Poolie” I’m told named after Sandy Pool – the original training instructor at SWA – they are very sentimental and celebrate good people around here as evidenced all over the hallways. The simulation was clearly looking to get feedback on new seating southwest is considering on offering on future flights – more comfortable, yes. This was my first visit to Southwest HQ and it’s very colorful place – I feel as if I better understand the famous Southwest corporate culture now that I studied in business school. We are about to begin our decent and it’s getting bumpy so I better go!
